Steve Deakin & Susan Baze

​Congratulations to our own Steve Deakin (Pitt Meadows) who won 2 gold medals at the US Open played in Naples, Florida between April 27th & May 4th:
~ Men's 35+ Doubles w/Erik Lange
~ Mixed 45+ Doubles w/Susan Baze.
Steve also won a bronze in the highly competitive Men's Doubles Pro division playing with Randel Zbinden. 
The US Open is considered one of the 'Grand Slam' events of pickleball, attracting the top players in the world.
