Saskatchewan man barred from U.S. for 5 years after trying to volunteer at festival, here's some sound advice from Ken Purvis of the Kamloops Pickleball Club:
"This man’s plight should serve as a bit of a wake up call for those of us who referee in the States. As more and more tournaments offer remuneration for reffing, we certainly would fall under the exclusion category if refereeing was mentioned as the purpose of our trip. Once in a room, access to cell phone data would be unavoidable."
