As Dave describes: “As Sport Chair of Pickleball, I will coordinate resources and work with the 55+ BC Games Society and our local Host Committee to organize what we hope will be the best ever 55+ BC Games Pickleball event. We expect up to 350 players to take part, out of a total of 3,000 participants in the Games across all 25 sports. Volunteer responsibilities and activities are a significant part of the Games, and Nanaimo, plus the mid-Island region, will bring up to 1,500 volunteers to the Games.” David Snell, President, Pickleball BC Association “Dave does an admirable job as our PBCA Board Secretary and after many years on our Board, he has come to the end of his term in 2025; so, we will miss him. But with Dave as the Event Chair, we anticipate the Games’ Pickleball Event will be a tremendous success and PBCA looks forward to participating in whatever way we can to help.” says David Snell.
